If i could give -5 stars i definetly would, Absolute rubbish company. They offer insurance but you will definetly get nothing back if an item goes missing. They will waste your time asking for more and more documents for proof your parcel is missing even after they have investigated it and confirmed it is missing, the claims part of the website takes forever to load anything so you eventually give up trying.
Do not use at all costs, there are so many other companies out there like Parcel hero etc - just do a google search and don't click Parcel2go!!!
