I'm contacting you following your recent review on Trustpilot.
I would like to firstly apologise for any inconvenience caused due to the parcel being returned.
After looking into this further I can see that the parcel was processed for a return as the contents sent, Lenovo tablet E10, items that have batteries or containing built-in batteries, are prohibited.

As the goods did not leave the UK, this can be reviewed for a refund.
There are two ways we can refund your order for you. Either we can add this to your prepay account which would normally be credited within 1-2 working days, or alternatively process this back to source, which can take 5-7 working days to be completed.
Please can you let me know which method you would prefer?
