I regret using this service you should too!!! no help from customer service my courier did not pick up my package not once but three times- Yes they do not guarantee a service however shouldn't you at least email your courier to ask what's going on!! it's in your obligations in there T& Cs -- what I got from their customer service is that you will provide a service take our money but won't follow up if there is a problem- Also in their t's and C;s ... What is the purpose of using this service again?
