The last message that the package has been found and is coming back to me on 5th December. In February, information from the package is lost and I have to start the claim process. The company charged me over £ 300 for set-top boxes and I had to pay. However, the claim is still pending because the company wants more documents. I fight for the amount insured for parcels £ 25. Lack of professionalism, poor communication, they are intermediaries. I do not recommend this company, it looks better when using courier companies directly. Avoid them away.
