LOST PACKAGE = NO COMPENSATION
The PACKAGE IS LOST, OK!! S...HAPPENS, but it was insured for the astonishing amount of £18, the items were paid in instalments with Klarna, after 2 months of "investigating" they requested proof of postage and proof that the package was lost ( YES THEY KNOW ITS LOST ....BUT YOU HAVE TO PROVE IT ? RIDICULOUS!! for GODSACK JUST CHECK THE TRACKING ) I sent a screenshot of the store where I purchased my items = REJECTED, I sent a screenshot of Klarna (method used to pay) = REJECTED
this is a joke I am not asking for 18 milion pounds the items were purchased online the only proof I have are screenshots.....NEVER AGAIN !!
