I've used them for a few things and haven't had an issue. However, as soon as I ship a high value item, the courier loses it and my claim with Parcel2Go gets denied. Apparently, they can't protect that type of item! Pathetic excuse. They were quick enough to charge me for protection! The worst part about it all, I can't actually speak to someone in their company. No phone number anywhere to be found.
I urge you to use a courier directly and avoid these scam artists.
