Still not received a full refund from a parcel they lost in Feb. Been on their chat service and emailed their refunds Team and still not resolved.
I've asked for this to be escalated as I'm getting no help and was told they can't help as they "are a chat based company".
So no help / no resolution equals poor service. And all this after they lost my parcel too!
