This is such an awful company to work with, they never payout on claims. It's arrived back to me after they didn't attempt delivery twice. Box torn open, half of the contents missing and the other half smashed to pieces. Tried to put in a claim as I'd purchased the additional insurance. • Claim rejection 1 Not packaged correctly (I then resent images showing that the parcel was correctly packaged) • Claim rejection 2 Inside of parcel not correctly packaged (I then resent images showing that the interior of the parcel was correctly packaged) • Claim rejection 3 Contents are on the prohibited items list (Checked the list and pens are not on any restricted items list) Rather than waste everybody's time it would be easier for them just to pay out.
