There is absolutely nothing good to say about my recent dealings with this company. Customer service is appalling and no solutions are offered to problems. A parcel was returned to me because an ecp code wasn't present. An ecp code is mentioned nowhere on there website or booking form. And to add insult to injury the parcel was damaged, despite me paying extra insurance. The parcel, with a value of £300 was left on my doorstep. And when I complained it was shrugged off and they refused to do anything. And the tracking system is rubbish, showing out for delivery after it had been returned. Avoid
