Utterly useless company that treat their customers with contempt. My parcel was not delivered so I tried to contact Parcel2Go. Impossible to speak to a human being so I had to listen to a voice recording which kept telling me that my parcel should have been delivered 4 days ago. I submitted a request that Parcel2Go investigate what had happened to my parcel. 3 weeks later they sent me a company generated email stating that my claim had been rejected even though I hadn’t made a claim. I still haven’t had confirmation that my parcel has definitively been lost. I am tired, frustrated and bored of dealing with these cowboys.
Avoid these clowns and deal with a courier provider direct.
