This company is a total shamble. They do not have a complaint policy for customers. They refuse to take any accountability for the problems. There is no third party a customer can escalate any issue as they are not regulated. A client is completely unprotected and will basically depend totally on them. Customers are mistreated and the business will just blaim the courier without doing anything. Thye keep promising contact back within 1-2 days but this has never happened. I had always to get back to them and they keep failing to inform me. The parcel was supposed to be delivered two weeks ago. Nothing has arrived yet and nobody knows where the parcel is. SHOKING. will report the matter to trading standards as they deserve to be shut down.
