Update
I had a few problems with failed collections, they said they would upgrade my parcels collections to another courier due to the problems, the difference in cost was around 28 pounds which i did not want to pay because it was not my fault, after a lot of back and forth they finally kindly agreed to pay the cost themselves, parcels were promptly collected and delivered safely, wonderful so decided to give them another go, Then went to the Parcel2go site to book and lo and behold they reneged on the deal and added the charges to my account have tried to contact but has been very difficult as they now want parcel photos which i do not have and more importantly has nothing to do with it, so Failed to act on agreement and i have been landed with a bill i should not have had
