Three parcels in succession within the last 2 weeks all lost!
First one they could not find the address (even though it was correct) Then, when they agreed the property was there, they had lost the parcel.
Second one, tracking indicated the parcel was 'delivered to recipient' as soon as it had been dropped of at the post office, this they said was only a data issue, the parcel is still lost.
My third parcel is still marked 'awaiting drop off' although I have a receipt from the post office for it. It remains 'lost'
Something has gone wrong at Parcel2go.
These parcels were all sent via premium services, all 24 hour!
I doubt they will admit what has happened to their system but my advise is avoid parcel2go.
