Parcel2go - Wrote 'Thank you for your email and my apologies for the delay to this delivery. Having looked into your case I can see this was dropped off on 22/11 but was not collected by DPD until 25/11. I am very sorry the parcel was so delayed in being collected from the drop shop, I appreciate this both disappointing and inconvenient.
