Rubbish service and impossible to contact them or to cancel the order when they failed to collect an urgent parcel containing Christmas gifts for our grandchildren.
I took it to a different parcel company using a different carrier and it has now been delivered, albeit after Christmas due to the days lost by Parcel2go.
I've used parcel2go in the past without problem - but never again.
Summary:
No way to contact them when the promised collection didn't happen. "Hermes were not able to collect...etc" - just lies, we were in all day and they didn't try to collect.
No way to cancel and get a refund.
