I feel that most of the 1-star reviews are from people who don't understand that Parcel2Go are literally just an intermediary between you and various couriers. So if there is a problem with your parcel delivery, it is the courier at fault and not (in 99% of cases) Parcel2Go. All Parcel2Go do is facilitate getting you a decent deal. They are not the ones responsible for actually delivering the parcels.
Although I am switching to be directly with UPS for my e-commerce business, Parcel2Go have been great throughout that time. Their customer service live chat team are actually pretty good and they DO help where they can.
The only reason I give a 4 star is just because their tracking for the senders and customers is not great at all, and it can be quite tricky to acquire the courier's direct tracking numbers. You can normally get this through their Live Chat, but it is a bit inconvenient.
