Awful service, they lost my parcel then refused to reimburse me for the lost goods. They try to force you to take insurance, but the law is clear on paying for goods and services and what customers are entitled to for their money. I will be reporting them to the Postal Redress Service who are certified by Ofcom and I urge everyone else who has a poor experience to do the same.
