Quite clearly have stolen my tv. Tried to insure the full value of tv but the company does not allow for TVs to be insured. A 65" QLED Samsung TV collected and when I try to find where it is they said 6 days ago at 5.26am it was in transit.
Then told I should have taken insurance to cover it. I told them I tried to but TV's arent insurable via them to be told correct. So now I can at best hope for my postage fees back.
There is no come back at all for the likes of this. They can clearly take as many non insurable items (such as electrical products) and tell you to try and claim your postage fees back if they accept it.
No way to speak to anyone directly and slowest known live chat I've dealt with.
It seems they can exploit this loophole with non-insurable items and get away with it.
I shall now sadly have to forward these details to the ombudsman but it will not help the financial loss I've suffered with this expensive tv.
Absolutely avoid at all costs.
