A negative experience with this company…
A negative experience with this company relating to their difficulties over customs and their use of other couriers. This means they will claim it is not their responsibility if there are any problems in the receiving country. They were clearly able to contact the courier to arrange delivery but cannot query an invoice sent my the courier 3 weeks later demanding charges for a parcel that was never delivered. Their customer service while polite cannot provide you with any useful information. I would recommend sticking with Royal Mail.
