Beware, they are miss-selling content insurance. I was returning a new vanity costing £300 to the seller. On their recommendations, I purchased an additional insurance to protect the content. My package arrived totally damaged and the seller refused to reimburse me. I was so glad o had purchased the insurance with parcel2go! But after many correspondence asking for more and more documents and proof they have finally decided to not reimburse the cost of the package! I was appalled. They referred me to some small prints where furnitures are only covered for loss??! This is miss-selling of insurance
