Horrendous experience-Never use this company to deliver goods abroad. When things go awry you cannot speak to anyone !!!!!!! I spend over a £120 forwarding a piece of ART to the USA that was sent to me in error by the Canadian artist ( let no good deed go unpunished !). The art was collected from me on 22nd November 2022 and I was informed it was being held in customs for varying reasons depending on whom I encountered on the live chat - It never reached its destination and took until the first week of February 2023 to be returned to me in the UK !!!!!!!!!!! I have never been so stressed in my entire live ! When it was finally returned to me , the artist paid for his Canadian courier service to collect it and it was united with its owner some 7 days later !!!! I noted that P2G marked the item as 'Delivered" and claim "resolved " !!!!! You couldn't make it up. Some 22 hours of my life wasted on "live chat", unanswered e mails , what's apps , instagram , messenger over the 3 months
My advice is to send directly with your courier of choice and not P2G as you have no redress when problems arise ........I was never even reimbursed !!! Reference P2G109433174. In the response below Nazeem claims to have send me a personal e mail to resolve issues -rest assured he hasn't , no communication received !
UPDATE :an email came through from Naseem some 20 mins after I stated that I'd had no communication from P2G. I was given the excuse that it was a "prohibited item " ....original art on canvas( no wood ) is not on the prohibited list. True to form no response to my follow up email.The next instruction will inevitably be that I need to change my browser settings .....
