One star rating is too much for this uncaring company.
Unfortunately I used them to send an expensive Keyboard. They lost it.
There is nobody to talk to. No emails get answered, The web page to report it doesn't work. The complaints phone number doesn't work.
I email tjem they don not reply. Parcel Farce who they sent it with will not talk to me directly.
No I am left not knowing what the hell is going on. It is a week overdue now and I do not know where to turn. Stay clear. OH I ahave posted their parcel number that the site says isn't valid!!!
