Very poor service!
Firstly I'm posting this here as well as they managed to get the review removed from elsewhere as they pay for that review service. Says it all really!
Had been using them for a few months and they were okay with the odd issue. However the service levels have got progressively worse. Failed collections and lost packages. Now they are becoming more and more argumentative when contacted and we suspect they are using a bot of some sort for their chat service as big chunks of the conversation are identical each time we contact them until you drill further down with your complaint.
There is no phone number either which makes it very difficult to resolve the issue when the chat service just isn't cutting it!
They've tried to lay the blame with us for some of the issues. Responses like 'you didn't book it correctly' are not acceptable. We gave them their booking reference at which point they said we'd still done something wrong. We asked how we would get a booking confirmation if we'd done it incorrectly at which point they backtracked and managed to find the booking. They are far to quick to blame the customer.
Paying for the next day and timed delivery services are a complete waste of time. Save your money. They seem to take no notice of the service requested and if it does go wrong you have to spend a lot of time chasing a refund. Best off sticking to the cheapest option and hoping for the best. Paying for the additional cover also seems to be of no advantage as well, another way of adding a pound or two to the service with no benefit whatsoever. They'll still argue it's not their fault.
So far we've had 8 recent delivery issues with them, timed deliveries not met, collections not made and packages missing. Our customers are, quite rightly, becoming more and more annoyed with us as a supplier. Of those 8 delivery issues, 3 are still unresolved with a significant amount of time being taken trying to get things rectified.
Based their service levels, customer care and the fact that they get reviews deleted that don't suit them, we definitely wouldn't recommend them, particularly for business users.
