Used Parcel2Go for the first time to sent an international parcel-as part of the Hermes arrangement. It was only going to Southern Ireland but Parcel2Go managed to lose it before it even left the Midlands Hub ! Had it been going North of the border in Ireland Hermes would have compensated for the loss but insurance is extra with P2G even for small value parcels. Fair enough if it had gone missing the other side of the world but to lose it within a couple of days before it even left England just seems like incompetence. Needless to say wont be using P2G again !
