I only wish I has read this Web Site before booking with Parcels 2go I booked a parcel to be collected last Monday and here we are on Thursday no nearer to having it picked up It appears that having contacted p2g on their chat line you will get a young lady who will say they are very sorry However that's as far as it goes because they have no facility to contact the courier company It is like going back to the period where there were no telephones What I do not understand is if your parcel is not collected and the main reason they give is he ran out of time due to work load however you do not go to the top of the list for the next day they rebook it and because it is 2000 at night you probably go to the bottom of the list again and so it goes on The link between P2G and the collection service appears to be completely inadequate I have never come across a company that cares so little about solving customer problems.
