I wish I wasn't able to give even one star to this ridiculous company.I have been waiting for a parcel over two weeks and still yet to receive the parcel. tried reaching there customer service on phone, but that didn't work out because I was on queue for over an hour. Was able to get an adviser on chat who promised my parcel would be delivered following day which turned out to be a lie when i spoke to a different adviser couple of days after. Requested to speak to a manager and the adviser I chatted with promised a manager would call me same day before 5pm. It's now two am still waiting for manager call back and my parcel. The service this company provide is appalling. they be swayed by cheap price. Now i am praying they still have my parcel. I have read loads of reviews from people saying yodel end up claiming they can't find there parcel. Shocking service from company and its and adviser, Just shocking!!
