This is the worse courier service I have ever known.
I paid for a collection and delivery over 1 month now, My sister waited for them, on the collection day and no one turned up. Since then up till now, my parcel have not been collected. There is no contact number, nobody to speak to, no refunds, no nothing.
Please, nobody should ever consider using parcel2go, try and read other reviews except you don't care.
