I posted a 6 foot X 3 foot parcel in all its original packaging paying extra for next day delivery. Thinking the item was well packed and never opened I didn't think it warranted extra insurance for damage due to never being opened, it was a returned item. Not for one minute did I think it would get lost being such a large item. But ... yes they lost it. I will never use Parcel2go or TNT for that matter who sublet to Psrcel2go.
