My package wasn't even collected. I booked it in on Tuesday and stayed at home all day ( Thursday.) All I got from live chat. That this doesn't usually happen and I can be rebooked for tomorrow , but then I was told that no collections on Friday ... Seriously ! No explanation nothing. So now I'm booked in for Monday ... Not great customer service at all........ Up date on above. After texting on live chat last night I was told no collections on Friday. So rebook for Monday or refund. Refund is 25 euro credit or what I paid I opted for what I paid and I'd receive refund 2 working days ( Which is ok. ). So this morning I get a text message could I send the P2g ref number as the ref number I gave shows my parcel was collected. ( Right ref number ) .... This is after spending 45 mins last night on live chat. I went about my business today to arrive home at 5 pm to a flyer from the courier ( who doesn't do collections on Friday ) that no one was home when he called this is after order being cancelled night . Just as I entered home I also got a text message asking me for my email address as there's no record of me booking a parcel ..... Seriously appalling service. Update ( number 2). Last Monday I received yet another message that my parcel had been collected. ( Still sitting by the front door ). At this stage I just couldn't be bothered answering back. Anyone there just wasn't getting it that I no longer had any desire to send my parcel via them. 30 minutes after that message a courier arrived looking for parcel. After I had cancelled it Thursday and again Friday and here was a courier, I sent him swiftly on his way. It appears he was able to explain to parcel2go that I no longer wanted their service. Please improve your customer service. It is totally appalling. 2nd update. Refund has finally been received still wouldn't recommend ever again and after reading reviews certainly wouldn't change my mind.
