Currently in a battle with Parcel2go - they are trying to get out of paying a claim after mistreating the parcel I sent. The item sent is not on their no compensation list yet they are trying to twist their categorisation to avoid a relatively small claim.
Really disappointing and at the moment I'd really recommend avoiding them like the plague.
