sent parcel abroad, parcel was not delivered to recipient. I made a claim,which was rejected. Parcel2go firstly used dpd service,then my parcel was transferred to Worldnet in Birmingham and with this courier crossed channel, and reached destination in Poland. parcel is marked as delivered, but not to recipient. I tried to track it on my own,but Parcel2go doesn`t want to give me even the contact number to Polish depot!!! they were responsible for a parcel and wiped their hands!!
