I have to use them because I have so much money tied up in the prepaid account, but as soon as its used up I will never trade with them again!
The ABSOLUTE SCAM is they keep cracking on that a parcel is over weight or over size and add admin fees so you end up paying twice as much as they quoted !
We measure and weigh EVERY PARCEL
As far as I am concerned I think they are complete LIARS and CHEATS
