Dubious business model. We have sent through parcel2go. It's on a pay, send and pray basis. When things go wrong - and they do!! - then it only possible to contact them through their Chat forum (there is a reason for this) and there you only meet morons instructed to deny any wrongdoing.
They will also reagualy try to charge you extra/additional charge even though you have entered the correct dimentions and weight on you parcels.
Very Dubious business model which only excist in UK.
