Booked a parcel for next day delivery. Paid extra for guaranteed delivery or receive refund if delivery was not made on time. Waited in all day, no collection. Parcel2go failed to arrange the collection and so subsequently booked it for the following day. Delivery was supposed to arrive on a Friday, actually arrived the following Monday.
Contacted parcel2go to get the full refund as per the extra guarantee fee I paid to ensure this, but, they have refused to refund.
They are fraudulent, taking money for guarantee’s they do not honour.
