I have been waiting 4 days at home waiting for my parcels to be delivered at my address in Barcelona, which meant that i had to take days off from work to wait for the delivery to happen. The company couldn't locate my address and made false statements saying they tried to deliver the parcels but i was not at my home address!
The Parcel2go customer service has been poor and unreliable. Not friendly and dismissive!
I would not recommend this service to anyone!
