devious way of making profit, almost every single parcel gets damaged. They let you insure but once damage turn around and say " oopsie! that's on our no compensation list" even when IT IS NOT .Speaking of their "restricted items- it seems like the only thing they can ship is the air.
Disgusting customer service. Profit oriented only.
Neighbour witnessed several collections- "fragile" all over yet they chuck boxes like unwanted scrap.Avoid like the plague.
