Terrible experience as a new customer with Parcel2go. I was sending a guitar
a buyer in the USA. I sent it with full CITES documents - it needed these as the fingerboard was Indian rosewood - only for it to be stranded at Stansted for 7
days. That was when I was informed they had lost the green part of the CITES
certificate and were unable to send the package to the recipient in the USA. I
could not supply a replacement, my only copy went with the package. I subsequently found out that the green part would have been retained by UK Customs and returned to the Animal and Plant Health Agency, the issuing UK authority of CITES certificates, for their records. I sent several e-mails to Parcel2go arguing this point only for them to refuse both to answer and send the package to the USA. After another 7 days the package was delivered back to me without any parts of the CITES document. Dreadful, disrespectful and negligent service, will never use again.
