AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!
I paid for a parcel to be sent back to Amazon and nearly a month later it still hasn't been delivered or found. I have had emails saying it was found but it wasn't. The live chat people were supposed to escalate the case but didn't. Appalling service and company.
