Its the customer service team - they're where the problem lies. Uncaring, rude, inefficient and frequently bare face liars. Staggering just how little they seem to understand the workings of couriers when they work in this environment daily
I frequently recommended their website to our customers to send equipment into us for repairs - never again, not until major changes have taken place in their service teams mentality
