Horrible experience with Parcel2go and Hermes.co.uk
Two massive parcels were lost. I had been given a message they were delivered but it was a lie. The CS very bad. Asking for the same information over again. At the end nothing was done and no refund for the lost parcels. £350 loss. Only the booking fee was refunded. Avoid
