Sorry there is not an option for 0 stars but booked collection of parcel for Thursday no show they say parcel was not ready but it was and I was in
Rebooked for Friday spoke on chat to them to confirm delivery no show excuse incorrect postcode !!! Rebooked with carrier having my mobile spoke again to confirm no show / Now cancelled order with customer asked for refund and it seems that takes 5-7 days. They point out they do not guarantee collection what they are a logistics company !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1
