Yes Parcel2Go seemingly offer good prices, but that is at the expense of customer service, which frankly is non-existent. We have sent several packages with them and when it works, it's fine, but when there is a problem it's a nightmare.
We used them to send a package via UPS, first the tracking said that it been damaged, and then disposed of. We took this up with P2G who promised like they always do to get back to us. But like always, they don't bother.
We then get an email from Parcel2Go demanding an "underpayment charge". Yet, whilst running a quote for the replacement, which is exactly the same as the original, the price quoted is exactly the same as before. Their customer service team aren't interested in this and we have to fill out a form to dispute it.
The sage doesn't finish here as we then find out (not informed by P2G as promised), that our "disposed of package" has now miraculously been found.
Nightmare!
