I've been using parcel2go for some years but recently have received a very poor service from them to say the least.
If you must use them, don't opt for your parcel to be collected from your home. You have to wait in all day and the chances are that they don't turn up for it, then you have to rearrange once more. I've heard others report the same problem with them. Apparently there is no guarantee that they will collect.
My other issue is parcel size. The website does not ask you what your parcel size is, it only ask if your parcel is longer than one meter. Therefore if it's under you don't need to give them the dimensions. However, it seems the couriers they use do look at parcel size in more detail. This can result in you paying, dispatching and then receiving an emailed bill for more money, holding up your parcel from being delivered until you pay up. Very devious to say the least.
If you are fortunate enough to access their online live chat which is hard to find and doesn't seem to be available most of the time, you may end up speaking to someone in an Indian call center for more than half and hour without finding a solution to your problem. There doesn't seem to be any other way of contacting them either, I believe that they don't really want to communicate with their customers.
I'm now in the process of looking for an alternative courier company as parcel2go has clearly lost it's way!
