Terrible.
Yes this web based service come up with the cheapest parcel delivery options, but that's where their service ends.
It's Web based, so if their are any problems, they'll not offer anything beyond a "cut n paste" in-personal service, they'll not take responsibility for Courier mistakes (because their just a poor web based service that have been let down too....sniff!). If your out of pocket, HA! They'll just offer to fart in your general direction, then shut-down and hope you go away....and there's nothing you can do about it!!
