Booked collection service with Parcel2go, the courier did not turn up. Contacted Parcel2go via live chat (as no other means of contact) and was told that "Collection are not guaranteed But we have a high rate of success on it". WOW! I said "Collection advertised as a service". Received standard reply "We can only rebook or cancel." Ok, I asked how to complain, what is the process. The operator stated: "We cannot escalate this". I asked whether he wants me to go directly to Ombudsman. The operator responded "Sorry for that". I would advise you to stay away from the company.
P.S. And, interestingly, a lot of my questions were cut off from the chat transcript. I have copied everything to the MS WORD and it is different from the transcript I have received by email from the parcel2go chat.
