It is now 19:00, they have one hour to fulfill their 2nd attempt, and call me synical, but this simply isn't going to happen is it. Christmas time, drivers not collecting parcels, no way of tracking or contacting drivers. No accountability or responsibility by them. No leg to stand on. Avoid, avoid avoid.
