Parcel delivered to wrong address and lost and they will not uphold our claim even though we had taken out insurance!
July 2018 - We have screen shots of live chats with Parcel2Go showing that the delivery driver had accepted that he had not delivered it correctly and at one point he was asked to collect it and redeliver it. We then received the message “we have conducted a full investigation with the courier in order to locate your parcel, unfortunately this has proved unsuccessful”.
Nov 2018 - After 5 months of investigation our claim was not approved, although the parcel had been delivered to a nearby pub and signed for by an unknown person. The reason they could not approve the claim was given as ‘Parcel Delivered’ – yes, but to the wrong address!
