appalling customer service - avoid at all cost
I sent a parcel by next day delivery on 21st December containing Christmas present. i was notified shortly after the 25th that the parcel had not arrived and subsequently opened a complaint.
eventually (around 16th January)they located my parcel and took a picture of some of the contents and promised it would be delivered. It was finally delivery over a week later (24th Jan) and i am horrified to find that all of the contents have been stolen except one item.
The customer service is appalling, you can only communicate via a chat service on their website, every time you come to discuss it you speak to a new person who takes at least 10 minutes to "review your case".
They don't take your complaint seriously and i assume their tactic is to make it as difficult as possible so you eventually give up.
If you want to avoid this hassle go direct to the other providers like UPS or royal mail where you can actually speak to a human who knows what is going on.
Terrible service, terrible customer service!
