I should go with another delivery service. I used them to send a parcel in November’18, they never send me any notification that there are some problems. Month later I contacted them via live-chat. I found out they had a problem with finding the delivery place (which is very accessible by the way)... and they failed to deliver twice.
It’s almost February’19 now and the are telling me to pay £54.50 for a return...
My parcel is stuck in another country and I have two options, pay or forget about the parcel.
That company is a total JOKE. Criminals...
