Sent a parcel to Spain paying for guaranteed delivery. Parcel went missing. Parcel2Go were slow to do anything and constantly gave me boilerplate responses.
Eventually the parcel was found, but instead of Parcel2Go giving the courier additional info to deliver the package, it was returned to me. I was told I had to wait for it to arrive before I could discuss a refund.
Once I received it back in the UK (now almost two months after the guaranteed delivery date) I try and get a refund and am first told that they will not as it is over 28 days. After some discussion the help chat agent agreed a refund, but the supervisor stopped it as apparently they do not issue refunds for address queries.
The whole process was so drawn out, slow and painful, and I end up out of pocket. Parcel2Go clearly do not want to rock the boat with couriers, and if they had acted faster I believe the parcel would have been delivered instead of returned.
